Why do the young, wild and free turn into grandmas? 👵🏻

A lot of it has to do with appearance ideals pressurising people (women in priority but not only) into gym rats, semi-robots obsessed with 10K steps and complex skincare routines. 🤖

Most of my clients have lost any kind of hobby because of how scared they are not to have the « right » appearance. But these routines leave them empty and numb, regardless of how good they comply. 🫠

And there is a way out! 

Work with me to step off the hamster wheel of weight and appearance ideals, and nourish what makes you TRULY happy and fulfilled (PS: it has nothing to do with having a 6pack) #beyondbodyimage ❤️‍🩹
