Halloween is a great opportunity to celebrate as a family. Candy is only a small part of the celebration. Don’t make it central, and empower your kids to follow their satiety cues. And remind them the candy will still be there tomorrow and the days after. I guarantee you what makes them eat more candy is to feel like they would be deprived of it.
